The Mystery of Love
“Ang rosaryo ay mahalaga sa buhay ng mga Kristiyano, bakit? Because the rosary is the life of Jesus through the eyes of Mary. Whenever we pray the rosary, we meditate and we reflect on the life of Jesus, and that is why if you want to know him more, pray the rosary.”
The rosary is a treasure trove of prayers and salvation and not solely just a string of beads. Our relationships with God and with other people are strengthened by praying the rosary. This is particularly true of us because other people find us to be mysterious. We are who we are; nevertheless, we are a mystery to others because we perceive the world through our own experience and feel things in our own ways.
“The rosary is not just a recitation of formulas, but it is a contemplative and meditative collection of prayers.”
Fr. Lagos emphasizes how the rosary creates a channel of connection between the people and God because whenever we pray the rosary, we reflect and meditate on the life of Jesus. So if you want to learn about Jesus more, love Jesus more, and follow Jesus more …Pray the holy rosary.
“There's a curtain, but you don't know what's inside, but you want to see what's inside.”
There are a lot of meanings in this phrase, one of which encourages us to be honest and not harbor doubts. Second is that this world can be unfair at times, but he mentioned that we are all mysteries, since God made us in his image and likeness, it wonders. But regardless who or what we are, God will be forever with us.
“There are no mysteries if there's no Jesus.”
He is the one who gives life to the mystery and it reflects on the life that all of us are living right now. The mysteries signify the challenges in our lives and and the faith in Him that we are holding to, he is our guide towards the path of victories in these mysteries.
“The rosary is the life of Jesus through the eyes of Mary”
He ended his statement with a reminder, that whatever challenges we are facing, either happy, sad, victorious or enlightening the rosary is proof that God is always with us, because He has gone through it.
